Many of GreensafeIT’s internal engineering and project management team have a strong IT services background and have come to us from a broad spectrum of corporate organisations and service integrators

Project Management

Project management is the practise of initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing the work of a team, to achieve specific goals and meet specific success criteria at the specified time. A project is a temporary endeavour, designed to produce a unique product, service or result with a defined beginning and end undertaken to meet unique customer goals.

Our project managers are either Prince2 and/or PMP qualified; as well as being SC security cleared. Project Managers are provided by customer request or on larger projects that Greensafe believe it will aid the customer experience and smooth the outcome. We will carry out site surveys, risk and health & safety assessments, produce project plans and be available throughout the project journey. If you have a large complex project and require a PMO – Project Management Office and Programme Managers, we can deliver to the latest methodologies. Our team will define and maintain the standards for your organisation, introduce economies of scale, stop repetition of tasks and create the documentation all the way through to completion of your project.


The engineering team have experience of ITAD, configuration & build, installations, relocations, parts and logistics, as well as a range of decommissioning and recommissioning services. All members of our onsite engineering team are SC cleared and fully aware and compliant of data security legislation

Whatever the project, we have the experience, knowledge and skillset to deliver on spec, on time, every time. Whether you require a Level 1 engineer for basic tasks, following installation scripts, or Level 6, an Enterprise level consultant, Greensafe can support your business.

Skill set examples incude (but not limited to):-

Level 1 Entry level – desktop & laptop skills, 1st line basic support
Level 2 Minimum 2 years experience – Field engineer (desktop & laptop), data & network, server & storage (entry level), project coordinator
Level 3 Minimum 3 years experience – Field engineer (team lead), desktop & laptop, server (Exchange/SCCM/SCCM), data & network (senior), storage, security, junior project manager
Level 4 Minimum 4 years experience – Field engineer (desptop & laptop), server & storage, security, data & network, project manager
Level 5 Minimum 5 years+ experience – Senior field engineer. Server & storage, data & network, security, senior project manager
Level 6 Enterprise level consultant. Server & storage, data & network, security, ITIL Master
