July and August have been busy months from a recruitment perspective.
The growth that we are experiencing has meant we had 16 roles to fill. 


We have been using various methods including staff referral, online websites and the local job centres and all have proved successful. The Kidderminster Job Centre in particular has been very helpful, providing a room at their offices to work from and lining up 30 candidates to interview.

We have successfully filled all of the current vacancies, but have formed close partnerships that will help us recruit more easily in the future.
