Desktop / Laptop / Printer Spares

Greensafe have rolled out its new service portfolio of ‘Spares-as-a-Service’ across the desktop, laptop and printer arena for over 180,000 UK users. The service takes advantage of our core ITAD business, as we receive a huge array of recycled, refurbished and remarketable IT assets daily, from our customers. Those assets, along with new spare parts can be made available to our spares and logistics clients at very attractive pricing. 

Our model enables us to deliver spares on old and new kit alike, with near complete coverage of all brands.

Additionally, we can offer a full engineering service throughout the UK and Europe. Our engineers will meet the spare part and fit at the client site, typically next business day pre 10:30. Other SLA’s are available.

We provide the ‘Spares-as-a-Service’ for organisations that have IT engineers, but do not have the infrastructure or logistics teams to provide cost effective IT parts/delivery for themselves or their clients.

Our ‘Spares & Engineering-as-a-Service’ would suit organisations that have no IT engineers, or perhaps they are sparsely populated, and costs of travel would be prohibitive. With over 1,000 engineers in the UK, we can reach any location, with some SLA changes for the Highlands and Islands. We are also able to offer ‘S & E as a Service’ throughout Europe, USA and some parts of Asia and Australasia.

We ensure customers have access to a vast array of IT spares across all makes and models across the IT desktop. The service also covers parts and consumable items on all printers from laser to dot matrix and label. Loan devices can also be provided at a low cost, if we are unable to meet the parts delivery SLA. Designed to meet stringent Corporate SLA’s, the service provides the spares and logistics to meet same day SLA’s or next business day by 10:30am. Other SLA’s are available.

Our expert IT engineers are all recruited via our robust recruitment process. Their skills and certifications are professionally vetted, approved and all CVs are made available upon request.

Skill sets examples include (but not limited to):

Level 1 Entry level – desktop & laptop skills, 1st line basic support
Level 2 Minimum 2 years’ experience – Field engineer (desktop & laptop), data & network, server & storage (entry level), project coordinator
Level 3 Minimum 3 years’ experience – Field engineer (team lead), desktop & laptop, server (Exchange/SCCM/SCCM), data & network (senior), storage, security, junior project manager
Level 4 Minimum 4 years’ experience – Field engineer (desktop & laptop), server & storage, security, data & network, project manager
Level 5 Minimum 5 years+ experience – Senior field engineer. Server & storage, data & network, security, senior project manager
Level 6 Enterprise level consultant. Server & storage, data & network, security, ITIL Master
