Brief/objectives/challenges:

Delivery of 2,000+ IT desktop/laptop, printer and peripherals across the UK over 18 months.

Bond stock and deliver to a preset schedule, with additional adhoc requirements received weekly.

Remove all packaging, collect old IT, data-wipe, recycle and remarket offsetting costs on the installation project.

What was done specifically for the customer?

Time was spent reviewing and building the various system images required across the builds. Testing was carried out on our configuration benches to make sure there were no errors before project commencement

API connections were setup between our IT systems to allow the daily installs to be sent over via the customer helpdesk system. This allowed for realtime updates and tracking of each call. This has delivered confidence around project timelines

How could this be applied to other businesses?

Each customer requires a bespoke project delivery setup, as it enables confidence that we are listening, makes the project run as designed and expected; which in turn, enables Greensafe to win further business from the customer.

We are in the business of repeat business and keeping hold of our existing customers, as well as winning new customers.  To do that, we need to treat each with respect and deliver to their requirements. 

Our lesson is that one size does not fit all - we must be flexible
